ROADMAP 2026–27

The Factory of the Future, Today

Bridge the gap between your factory floor and your ERP. Real-time sensor data, digital twins, and edge intelligence — all in one pane of glass.

What Is Avinya IIoT?

Avinya IIoT is an integrated industrial IoT layer that connects your machines, sensors, and shop floors directly to your ERP. No middleware. No manual data entry. Real-time intelligence from the edge to the boardroom.

For Indian manufacturers, IIoT means measurable outcomes from day one.

Capabilities

IIoT Capabilities

Every capability is built from the ground up for Indian manufacturing environments — from legacy machine support to edge-first architecture.

Machine Connectivity

Connect any machine with OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, or S7 protocols. Supports 200+ industrial controller models.

In Development

Shop Floor Visibility

Real-time OEE dashboards, production tracking, and bottleneck detection across all lines and shifts.

In Development

Predictive Maintenance

ML models analyze vibration, temperature, and usage patterns to predict failures before they happen.

Coming Q3 2026

Digital Twin

Live virtual replica of your factory. Monitor every machine, line, and workflow with sub-second accuracy.

Coming Q3 2026

Edge AI

On-device inference for anomaly detection and quality control. Works even during network interruptions.

Coming Q4 2026

Energy Monitoring

Track power consumption per machine, line, and plant. Identify inefficiencies and reduce carbon footprint.

How IIoT + ERP Works Together

From machine sensor to ERP action in under 200 milliseconds.

1

Sensors & Machines Send Data

Industrial sensors, PLCs, and SCADA systems stream telemetry via OPC-UA, MQTT, or Modbus protocols.

2

Edge Device Processes On-Site

Avinya Edge runs on local hardware — filtering, aggregating, and running ML inference at the source.

3

ERP Updates Automatically

Inventory adjustments, maintenance triggers, and production schedules update in real time — no manual entry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any machine with OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, or Siemens S7 connectivity. We support 200+ controller models from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, and more. For legacy machines without digital output, we offer retrofit sensor kits.

Yes. Our retrofit sensor gateway connects to analog and digital I/O ports on older machinery. Data is normalized at the edge, so even machines from the 1990s appear as modern IIoT assets in your dashboard.

Absolutely. The Avinya Edge device runs all core processing locally — data buffering, ML inference, and alerting continue uninterrupted during network outages. Data syncs to the cloud when connectivity is restored.

IIoT Futurescope is rolling out in phases. Machine Connectivity and Shop Floor Visibility are in active development. Predictive Maintenance and Digital Twin capabilities are targeted for Q3 2026, with Edge AI and Energy Monitoring following in Q4 2026. Join the waitlist for the earliest access.
